This ten channel, machine controller sequentially manages up to ten individual relay outputs with each relay's ON and OFF cycle based on machine position.
It senses machine position via an optical encoder and uses two potentiometer adjustments for each channel, thus turning the relay output ON or OFF from a precise machine position. You can either mount the potentiometers directly to the controller board when no operator adjustments are expected, or to an operator control panel for remote operation.
For applications requiring more than ten relay outputs simply use multiple controllers. These controls are ideal for filling/packaging anything from food products to detergents, paint, hardware and much more. In fact, in any application where a sequence of events must take place in precise position and order, this programmable controller is a perfect fit.
